    Job Summary:

    SmithRx is seeking a dynamic email marketer to oversee email communications with brokers, employers, and members. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and execute email strategies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Enhance email performance and monitor key business metrics.
    • Create engaging emails using best practices.
    • Collaborate with teams to align campaign assets with brand guidelines.
    • Manage email campaigns and segments.
    • Analyze results and conduct testing to optimize performance.
    • Ensure email quality and functionality.

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of email marketing experience.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Marketo, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
    • Strong HTML/CSS knowledge.
    • Project management skills and eagerness to learn.
    • Empathetic thinker with a focus on customer experience.
    • Problem-solving and testing experience.
    • Experience with multi-variate testing and SQL/analytics a plus.
