Responsibilities:

Academic Coaching and Mentorship

Business Development

Engage in core business functions, including but not limited to curriculum development, establishing partnerships with educational professionals and local organizations, managing client relationships, driving recruitment initiatives and contributing to the implementation and development of company policies.

Requirements:

Eligibility

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and commit to the role for a minimum of one full school year.
Experience in successful group work and completing complex projects.

Experience

Prior tutoring or test prep experience is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor's degree from a nationally accredited university.

Knowledge and Skills:

High energy, exceptional writing ability, and effective communication skills across diverse groups including executives, students, parents and colleagues.
Detailoriented approach to work, adept at working independently across various disciplines and functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and G Suite, and familiarity with social networking platforms.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Publisher, and marketing materials is a plus.
