Dual training in household management

The Dominikus-Ringeisen-Werk supports approximately people with disabilities in various residential, work, and support programs throughout Bavaria. We employ around 4,700 employees at over 30 locations, making us one of the largest social enterprises in Bavaria. Are you interested in household management, nutrition, and health? And do you also enjoy working with people? Then start your dual training as a household manager (m/f/d) with us at Dominikus-Ringeisen-Werk. During the three-year training program, theory and practice are combined from the beginning, allowing you to gain practical experience immediately.


The tasks

  • During your training, you will get to know various areas of work for household managers at Dominikus-Ringeisen-Werk, such as residential groups, Café KostBar, the central kitchen, and the laundry room
  • Tasks in the residential groups include caring for individuals, preparing meals, cleaning the premises, caring for textiles, and creatively decorating living spaces
  • In the central kitchen, you will learn about both theoretical and practical tasks, such as meal preparation, creating meal plans, and purchasing and storing food
  • At Café KostBar, your main tasks will include serving and interacting with people, cleaning premises and equipment, and preparing small
