IAA Holdings, LLC, is seeking a Title Specialist to join our team. This position will be located at our corporate office in Westchester, IL


Here at IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA), our Senior Title Specialists play a critical role in our vehicle life cycle process which includes processing and filing vehicle title documents, reviewing, and following up on missing items, and identifying inventory reduction opportunities for our salvage auction facilities.


Title Specialists play a critical role in our vehicle life cycle process, which includes strong knowledge and experience when processing and filing vehicle title documents.

In addition, they review and follow up on missing items, and identify inventory reduction opportunities for our salvage auction facilities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Review and process documentation for insurance and remarketing customers
  • Process incoming salvage titles from multiple states and set for sale.
  • Review and troubleshoot as necessary any problem titles that require additional steps to complete transfer.
  • Keep up to date on title regulations by learning and maintaining knowledge of current title/salvage laws.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support by offering solutions and timely responses to external/internal partners.
  • Act as a key point of reference when needed to provide advisement to inquiries from peers and new hires.
  • Other duties as assigned per business needs.

Preferred Skills:


  • 12 years State/National title processing experience
  • Certified Title Clerk (12 years where applicable)
  • Previous knowledge in title and salvage title requirements
  • Maintaining databases

What are the Requirements?

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 3+ Years of extensive experience in title processing or comparable work experience.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, and Windows operating systems.
