Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a House Manager. As a House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a private residence.

This is a full-time position with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality and maintaining the overall functionality and cleanliness of the household.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of household operations, including but not limited to:
• Supervising and coordinating staff members
• Planning and preparing meals
• Assisting with personal errands and appointments
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the residence
• Provide excellent hospitality to guests and visitors, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
• Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed
• Manage household budgets, expenses, and inventory
• Assist with childcare duties when necessary Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role such as house management, personal assistant, or hotel management
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in residential cleaning techniques and able to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and ability to prepare meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences
• Familiarity with property management principles is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
