If you join our company you would be responsible for performing the daily operations and practices of the car wash and gas facility. Team Members are to ensure we are consistently delivering on great customer service, providing a clean, safe, and fun environment for our team and guests.

PAY STARTING AT $18/hr. Commission opportunity for all team members starting day 1 of opening.


Duties And Responsibilities

• Be courteous by smiling, greeting, and being available to address all customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner that is satisfactory to both the customer and the car wash
• Always be ready to greet and assist customers with wash packages and show the value of our Unlimited Plans.
• Load cars into the wash area with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor.
• Be proficient with all policies and procedures and able to perform them on a daily basis as needed.
• Assisting in regular schedule maintenance on all equipment to ensure it keep in proper working order.
• Keep the entire property spotlessly clean and ensure everything is keep in the proper place and organized.
• Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied
• Have a sense of urgency.
• Do the right thing, at the right time, all the time with fellow teammates, home office and customers.
• Be able to present and explain unlimited membership and successfully enroll customers in the club plan
