- Maintaining basic cleaning in the office and manufacturing floor including, sweeping, dusting, oil and chemical clean ups.
- Performs duties involving cleaning and preparing a job site, loading and delivering materials, painting and using a variety of tools and machines such as forklifts, levels, lifts, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers.
- Daily maintenance inside and outside of the building including painting, light bulbs, replacing filters on machinery, scaffolding and taking down and setting up racking.
- Performs some minor maintenance on machinery which includes taking apart machines and putting them back together.
- Successful training and completion of Kapco's forklifts and overhead cranes program.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Some experience within minor machine maintenance including, changing out oils and coolants, etc.
- Must possess some mechanical aptitude to clean machinery.
- Maintain and neat and clean work area.
