Chestnut Hill is in search of a Per Diem Receptionist


Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients, visitors, families with a positive, helpful attitude; provide exceptional customer service
  • Provides assistance and guidance to visitors, directing them to various locations.
  • Ensure visitors are checking in and out of the building
  • Get identification from agency, vendor visitors
  • Answering phones for a multiline phone system
  • Answer, forward, and return calls in a timely manner
  • Fielding calls from Families, hospitals, Nursing Homes, Patients, Physicians, etc.
  • Taking and dispatching emergency and nonemergency messages
  • Remaining pleasant and professional with callers, and calm under pressure
  • Working hand in hand with coworkers
  • Entering resident demographics into Point Click Care
