To strengthen our team at our location in Bochum, we are looking for a Logistics Control Center Employee.

Your responsibilities will mainly include the following tasks:

  • Coordination of daily operations in shipping
  • Order processing including customer communication
  • Creation and processing of shipping documents
  • Management of rush orders and special processing
  • Monitoring of incoming and outgoing goods and corresponding bookings
  • Returns management
  • Supervision of all processes and systems within the responsibility area
  • Participation in projects related to the responsibility area

You bring the following qualifications:

  • Completed training as a freight forwarder or in industrial/office management
  • Strong communication skills and dedication
  • Good organizational skills
  • Proficiency in common office programs
  • Independence and teamwork
  • Good written and spoken English skills
