- Coordinating with the Warehouse on parts deliveries.
- Receiving parts from the warehouse and ensuring they get delivered to the proper production team.
- Notifying all parties of deliveries.
- Coordinating with production on emergency parts requests.
- Making sure the new PDU production line is kept stocked.
- Coordinating bench stock levels with all production groups.
- Good time management
- Excellent customer service
- clerical skills such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Understanding of inventory and warehouse duties
- Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Inventory Clerk to join and be a part of the Quality Electrical Systems team.
This position requires a self-motivated person who is a team player and can work independently. Your primary job duty will be coordinating inventory and keeping the lines of communication open between the inventory, project management, and manufacturing departments. Must have good clerical skills, email, excel, and communicate effectively, written and verbally, with excellent customer service skills. Time management skills are needed to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Bilingual Spanish is a BIG plus.
