The roleResponsible for leading production planning, systems, and distribution network to drive cost savings and support sales growth in the region.
As a Senior Management Team member, analyze and prioritize critical business challenges and related Supply Chain implications.How you'll make an impact
- Develop annual budgets for, focusing on personnel and inventory levels
- Coordinate production schedules, optimizing production performance while meeting customer needs.
- Collaborate with site leaders, sales, and peers to determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed for production.
- Provide guidance and tools for Production Planners to develop schedules based on customer demand.
- Implement company policies on production scheduling to ensure compliance with global standards.
- Partner with Operations and Finance to set annual inventory levels and adjust production plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years experience in production planning leadership.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles.
- Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, ideally SAP.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
