Description

We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager / Branch Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at the Großenmoor rest stop on a full-time, permanent basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

You will take on the responsibility for the day-to-day operations.
As our number one on site, you will create the work schedule, ensure compliance with our quality standards, and always have an open ear for your employees.
Additionally, you will keep an eye on inventory and revenue security and conduct inventories.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

You have already proven your leadership skills in the gastronomy industry.
Knowledge of business administration will help you understand the connections and key figures in the restaurant business.
You combine a hands-on mentality with a confident demeanor.
