Lead Warehouse Associate Opportunity:

Join the fastest growing division within our global company.

We are rapidly growing across all segments of our third-party logistics business, including, but not limited to, the number of customers, warehoused pallets of products, and orders fulfilled daily.

This growth constantly challenges us to expand the square footage of our warehouses as well as our team members. Today we are looking to add a Lead Warehouse Associate to our team.


Main Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets from trucks and containers
• Move pallets in the warehouse on the floor and between rack locations using a forklift
• Review relevant receiving documents, verify received product counts, lots, and weights
• Receive product in the warehouse management system, create, modify, and barcode locations
• Pick and pack B2B and D2C orders using shipping module and select suitable carriers
• Communicate with suppliers regarding freight costs, product deliveries and orders of supplies
• Crosstrain with other warehouse positions to be able to relieve colleagues during their time off

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working in a warehouse environment
• Organizational skills related to management of inventory, orders, shipments and overall warehouse flow
• Good verbal and written communications skills with customers, suppliers and internal team members
• Problem solving ability related to shipments, equipment malfunctions or logístical challenges
• Technical skills interacting with warehouse/inventory/order/shipment management systems
• Attention to detail as accuracy is crucial in inventory management and order fulfilment
• Flexibility and adaptability to the dynamic warehouse environment where tasks and priorities shift often
• Leadership skills including ability to supervise, effectively delegate tasks and resolve challenges
• Physical stamina for lifting, carrying, moving heavy objects and working on ones feet
• Understanding safety protocols and propagating a safe working environment in the warehouse

Compensation:
This position pays $18-$23/hour, commensurate with experience


Hours:
This is a full-time position with hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday


Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
