Key Responsibilities:
- Visit job sites, scan properties
- Create comprehensive scopes using Xactimate software
- Send scopes to adjusters, TPA's, or customers and negotiate as needed
- Manage production of approved projects
- Create supplements as needed
- Collaborate with project Foreman and Subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase and provide cost control recommendations
- Collaborate with the reconstruction team to develop project schedules and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and the restoration industry.
- Proficiency in Xactimate.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience Level:
Mid to Senior Level
Pay:
$60, $70,000.00 per year
