Since 1934, Rollo Rieper has been Bremen's specialist store for custom-made blinds and awnings.

A popular store that sells both online and in-store, offering all services for visual and sun protection systems, as well as windows, doors, and patio covers.

In recent years, the family-owned business has expanded its offerings to include curtains, pleated blinds, covers, windows and doors, and insect screens.

And that's exactly what the team, led by owner Rouven Rieper, is looking for reinforcements for.

Your tasks:

Customer service and consultation (online and/or in person) for custom-made blinds, awnings, and smart home products
Preparation of offers and orders
Order processing
Goods and inventory management
Attractive presentation of goods

Your profile:

Completed training as a retail salesman (m/f/d), interior decorator, salesperson, or retail specialist with experience in sales is advantageous but not mandatory
Career changers with a passion for sales are welcome and will receive comprehensive training and onboarding
Enjoy working with people and have a friendly demeanor
Able to recognize and respond to customer needs
Good computer skills
