Responsibilities:

  • Through individual pedagogical development, you will accompany children in their first steps in life and shape their daily lives in a playful and didactic manner in the care situation
  • You will prepare pedagogical measures and actively participate in ageappropriate leisure and daily activities, such as singing, crafting, and painting
  • The promotion of cognitive and emotional development of children is your top priority
  • Through creative play and communication incentives, you encourage children to develop autonomy and explore their social environment

Other:

  • You will start with a salary of € per month or 2426€ per hour
  • The permanent employment is possible in fulltime or parttime
  • You will receive a starting bonus of 500€ and a reimbursement of travel expenses, also for private use
  • Look forward to a reliable planning of your 30 vacation days per year

Profile:

  • You have completed vocational training as a staterecognized educator (m/f/d), pedagogical specialist (m/f/d), social assistant (m/f/d), social pedagogue (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification in the field of daycare and/or residential care
