Responsibilities:

  • As a construction manager, you represent the interests of the client throughout the implementation of the construction project and take on the construction management for one or more projects.
  • Preparing individual performance specifications is just as much a part of your responsibilities as conducting procurement negotiations this way, you can prepare optimally for the upcoming construction task.
  • You coordinate and monitor the onsite trades and technical participants and therefore regularly hold construction meetings.
  • In addition, you plan, control and consistently review deadlines, costs and quality of your construction project.

Qualifications:

  • You have a degree in architecture or civil engineering and have at least 2 years of professional experience in construction management.
  • You count structured and goaloriented work among your strengths.
  • You have already gained experience in scheduling and construction planning.
  • You enjoy and are interested in using new methodologies such as Lean Construction.
  • Basic knowledge of VOB and a confident handling of MS Office round off your profile.
