Golden Bay is a child-centered,
High Scope inspired, play-based preschool serving children ages 18 months to 6 years old.

seven gorgeous, modern, high-tech classrooms and a
40,000 square foot well-equipped outdoor playground, our students are able to thrive academically, socially, and physically while developing a lifetime love of learning and exploration.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 ECE units required.
• At least 3 years experience working with children in a classroom setting preferred.
• Background check required, as well as proof of vaccination and TB test.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Must be willing to change diapers and help potty train based on child's readiness:

• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential
• Must be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Work indoors and outdoors
• Ability to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children
• See and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English

Pay:
From $23.00 per hour


License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (preferred)
• Child Development Associate Certification (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Alameda, CA 94501: Relocate before starting work (required)
