Your responsibilities
You utilize all available features within Salesforce to optimize our business development and workflows for customer acquisition and retention, as well as increase our efficiency and profitability.
You are the central point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical Salesforce development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
You are responsible for the Salesforce product backlog and prioritize the work of the development team according to our business strategy and ROI.
You define and refine user stories and acceptance criteria and plan agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
You work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators and manage the development of new features, improvements, and integrations.You monitor the state and performance of our Salesforce platform and constantly seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.
You conduct user trainings and create corresponding documentation to increase user acceptance and satisfaction.
You stay informed about Salesforce updates and new features and evaluate their potential for implementation in our organization.
Your profile
Successfully completed university studies or a comparable commercial or technical education with relevant professional experience in the Salesforce field.
