The Operations Team is the backbone of Wolt in each country, and this is no different in Ben Avon Heights, PA.

As a member of our Ops Team, you will be part of a startup within the company, working alongside your team to solve daily problems and achieve our goals.

Each day will bring new challenges as we build our business in this market.

As our Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing one of our four regions in Germany, including courier performance, regional development, and expanding into new areas within our existing cities.

In our Operations team, every day is different and there is always something to do. This requires adaptability, self-motivation, and a drive to succeed. Excellent interpersonal and community-building skills are also essential, as we prioritize service above all else.

While this role is primarily Monday-Friday, there may be occasions where weekend availability or travel to other cities is required.

What you'll be doing

Managing core operations KPIs for Berlin, Dresden, and Leipzig.
Leading a team of four and defining precise local operational processes to ensure strong execution and results.
Taking ownership of Wolt's growth in eastern Germany by fostering collaboration between local operations and commercial teams to achieve business goals.
Collaborating closely with central teams such as Onboarding, HR, and Performance Management to develop and implement initiatives that improve courier satisfaction and efficiency.
