Greenwing Technology is seeking a full-time customer success manager who is tech-savvy and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support.

The responsibilities of the role involve nurturing customer relationships, contributing to sales and marketing efforts, assisting with client onboarding and training, as well as managing the ticketing system.

Greenwing Technology specializes in e-Procurement punchout catalogs and caters to organizations of various sizes, from small teams to large enterprises exceeding $1 billion in sales. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage closely with all customers and partners.

Ideal candidates should be self-starters, with the flexibility to work remotely when necessary. Preference is given to candidates located in the Mid-Atlantic region for potential onsite visits (Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland).


Responsibilities:

  • Project management for new customers and integrations
  • Execute and refine customer onboarding processes
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to address tickets
  • Engage with clients to determine project requirements
  • Develop and document processes for continual improvement
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance for new customer integrations

Customer Success Manager Requirements:

  • Background in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in software companies, preferably with SAAS exposure
  • Project Management Certification or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with customer success methodologies
  • Document creation experience
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service

Pay: $45,000 - $65,000 annually
