LRE Medical GmbH, founded in 1961 with locations in Nördlingen and Munich, is an innovative, international company in the field of optical and electrochemical analysis systems, primarily used in medical diagnostics.

We manufacture customer-oriented products of high quality, making us a valued partner for medical diagnostic industry companies.


We are currently seeking a Supervisor Service (m/f/d) for our Nördlingen location.

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of 10 service employees
  • Ensuring complete customer satisfaction through close customer contact,
adherence to agreed upon analysis and repair turnaround times, and 100% delivery quality

  • Creating and preparing documentation required in the medical field in both German and English
  • Continuously optimizing process flows as part of the implementation of the LRE Operational Excellence Roadmap
  • Technical analysis and evaluation of error patterns, and if necessary, deriving product improvements in collaboration with product management, production, and development
  • Continuous development of technical competence within the service team (qualification plan)
  • Participation in annual budget planning and monitoring of adherence to the service department's budget

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in engineering or a qualification as a technician, master, or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership and social skills with several years of experience in service or aftersales
  • Very good technical and commercial understanding, as well as a strong focus on customer service
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, initiative, and decisionmaking ability
  • Fluent in English
