We are seeking highly skilled and passionate Party Chefs to join our team, specializing in off-premise catering for weddings and special events.
As a Party Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional culinary experiences for our clients, ensuring that every dish reflects the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Our chefs meet in Lansdowne, PA at our commissary and drive small company box trucks to our venues in order to execute the day of Wedding menu.

Food Preparation and Execution
- Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and techniques, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage food production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of dishes during events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following all food safety and sanitation protocols
- Work closely with event planners and coordinators to understand the logistics of each event, including venue layout, equipment needs, and timing.
- Oversee onsite food preparation and presentation, ensuring that all dishes are plated beautifully and served at the optimal temperature.
- Adapt to lastminute changes or requests during events, demonstrating flexibility and problemsolving skills.
- Provide guidance and direction to kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and culinary assistants, to ensure smooth operations and highquality output.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, respect, and professionalism.
- Offer training and mentorship to junior staff members, helping them develop their culinary skills and grow within the organization.
- Strong culinary skills and a creative flair for menu development.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by event schedules.
- Certification from a culinary school or equivalent professional training is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects when necessary.
