Description
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate delivery vehicles to transport goods from the warehouse to designated locations
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Load and unload goods using pallet jacks, forklifts, or manual methods as required
- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Familiarity with using pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing delivery orders
