As a Senior Business Development Manager - ServiceNow (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for our ServiceNow business and drive further development with our partner and existing team. Participation in projects is part of the role.

YOUR TASKS

  • As an entrepreneur within the company, you will develop our portfolio and partnership with ServiceNow, maintaining the relationship with our technology partner
  • You will work with the marketing department to communicate the topic externally and support the sales team with content and your expertise
  • You will coordinate additional required skills with the team
  • Gathering and understanding customer requirements in order to configure appropriate solutions in ServiceNow is part of the role
  • You will support the teams in the implementation of ServiceNow solutions in close collaboration with our clients

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You have a degree in business informatics, marketing, data analysis, or related fields, or have a comparable qualification
  • You have relevant project experience in ServiceNow projects (e.g. CSM or ITSM)
