- Monitors the playrooms and knows all dogs in the facility to ensure safety and appropriate daily assignments.
- Maintains a clean and safe environment utilizing cleaning protocols to ensure our facility is the cleanest in the industry, to provide an exceptional experience for our pets and their parents.
- Communicates any concerns or needs to Senior Management proactively and partnering after attempting to resolve issues.
- Strives for the highest level of satisfaction for our pets, pet parents, and teams.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- 1+ years of experience in a management or operations position

- Demonstrated knowledge of current industry trends
- Strong management skills and ability to motivate staff in a highly pressured environment
- Interpersonal skills - must communicate with leadership, staff, customers and vendors.
- Must be able to be on call to support the staff and service customers after-hours and weekends.
