Responsibilities
- Conduct inhome consultations and assessments to understand homeowners' insulation needs.
- Inspect attics, crawlspaces, and other residential areas to identify energy vulnerabilities.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of proper insulation and energy efficiency.
- Provide accurate and detailed estimates for insulation projects.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Follow up with homeowners to answer questions and address concerns.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
Our Hiring Process
- A recruiter from our recruiting company, Yellowstone Local, will reach out promptly for a prescreening call.
- If we are a good fit for each other, they will schedule an inperson interview with the hiring manager.
- We will make an offer if you are a good fit.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of residential insulation products and techniques is a plus
- Ability to effectively conduct inhome consultations and assessments
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Saturday availability
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Pay:
$45, $100,000.00 per year
