RESPONSIBILITIES
- As part of our People & Organization team, you will advise our managers and employees on all HR and labor law matters.
- In your area of responsibility, you will be responsible for the entire employee life cycle (Hire2Retire) and shape the strategic direction of the department.
- Together with your colleagues, you will work on the conception, continuous improvement, and optimization of our HR processes and instruments.
- In addition, you will be a member of projects, for example on topics such as talent management, compensation & benefits, or employer branding.
- You will maintain a constructive and trusting partnership with our works council.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, psychology, law, or social sciences with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in HR as an HR business partner.
- Strong communication skills at all levels and the right balance of tact, empathy, and analytical and solutionoriented thinking.
- Experience in working with works councils, as well as knowledge of works constitution, labor, and social security law, and a high level of quality and responsibility.
- Proactive, structured, and solutionoriented way of working.
- Very good German and English skills, as well as knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP HCM, and ideally SAP SuccessFactors.
