- Responsible for the full recruiting cycle: advertising for positions, interviewing, coordinating drug screens and background checks, and onboarding new hires in a union environment
- Coordinate with the front office regarding applications and walk-ins for interviews
- Enter employee information into HR system, including New Hires, training, and benefits information
- Build relationships with current employees on the shop floor, including answering questions about insurance and benefits, and asking for employee referrals
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or another relevant field
- Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization
- Proficient with MS Office
- Excel experience
