    Hybrid - in office 3 days per week - Greater Philadelphia, New York or Chicago

    Job Overview

    The Senior Market Research Manager will manage and execute all aspects of qualitative pharmaceutical market research projects. You will be part of a team where your contributions are recognized and appreciated and you will be challenged to grow working in a highly collaborative environment as you further develop your market research, management, and client relationship skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Contribute to the design of qualitative pharmaceutical research projects.
    • Write screeners and questionnaires and prepare discussion guides with a limited overview by senior team members.
    • Conduct in-person and telephone interviews.
    • Analyze and prepare near-final report of findings and develop conclusions.
    • Work on several projects simultaneously.
    • Participate in new business development.
    • Mentor and train junior team members in various aspects of qualitative research and pharmaceutical industry knowledge.
    • Travel as required to conduct qualitative research and visit clients.

    Required Skills and Experience

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a market researcher in the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Proficient in qualitative research and have knowledge of quantitative research processes.
    • Experience in moderating, both in-person and over the phone.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Bachelors degree.

    Salary Range (depending on skills, experience, and location) $75k to $110k
