COPE Health Solutions is looking for a People Experience Generalist to support our day-to-day People Experience operations, enable coverage for the department and take responsibility for projects as assigned.

Position Description:
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and nonmandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, antiharassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Handles employmentrelated inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Process biweekly payroll and maintain accurate records.
- Manage employee training and development programs, including compliance and mandatory healthcarerelated training.
- Enforce policies and procedures aligned with the company's overall objectives and healthcare industry regulations.
- Support as needed and enable coverage for Manager of People Experience with respect to the ADP process, onboarding of new employees, etc.
- Provide excellent employee relations service, addressing any concerns or grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors for human resources related issues and questions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as healthcare industryspecific regulations.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Regularly review HR practices and policies to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with industry best practices and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the company.
- Work closely with additional members of the consulting team, executives and staff to accomplish the goals.
- Assist in the development of deliverables across projects or work streams to ensure final products meet or exceed industry standards and organizational expectations, while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Provide project management support, including managing daytoday operations, maintaining work plans and timelines, preparing reports and ensuring effective coordination with clients and team members._ _
- Carry out other duties, tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required; master's degree preferred.
- PHR or SHRM
- CP certification preferred.
- Experience with ADP TotalSource required.
- Experience with Jobvite required.
- Experience with Concur required.
- Experience with Trello required.
- Experience working in a professional services firm highly desired.
- Experience processing multistate payroll in ADP products.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in people experience, human resources or equivalent.
- Strong customer drive and dedication to quality and success
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detailoriented and ability to work well independently and as a team.
- Able to work collaboratively and effectively while handling multiple projects on various timeliness in an extremely fastpaced environment.
- Strong project management, communication, prioritization, and feedback skills are critical to success.
- High level of proficiency of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Project Management)
