We're looking for a meticulous and well-organized individual to join our team as an Order Entry Specialist.

In this position, your main task will be to precisely input customer orders into our system and ensure a seamless processing and fulfillment process for each order.

You'll closely collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to guarantee prompt and accurate order entry. Additionally, you'll take charge of managing and updating customer records, resolving any order-related issues or discrepancies, and delivering top-notch customer service to our clientele.

• Accurately inputting customer orders into the system
• Reviewing orders for completeness and accuracy
• Coordinating with the sales team to clarify any missing or unclear information
• Updating and maintaining customer records in the database
• Communicating with customers to confirm order details and resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Collaborating with the shipping and warehouse teams to ensure prompt order fulfillment
• Providing exceptional customer service support and addressing inquiries promptly

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in order entry or data entry
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work autonomously
• Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous
