- Demonstrate industry expertise, research and analyze the current market to identify opportunities for new client acquisition, upselling existing clients, and regaining lapsed clients. Use knowledge of Brand Protection/eControl competitive landscape to articulate the company's point of difference when engaging with clients.
- Build trust through transparency, create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at mid to senior levels. Gain a seat at the client's table and be viewed by them as a trusted advisor/extended arm of their team. Objectively report on client health status and articulate plans to maintain and enhance client health over time.
- Secure long-term revenue commitments by working with business owners to negotiate agreements that result in a win/win for both parties.
- Use data and analytics to conduct discovery and uncover client opportunities and pain points. Position the company's solutions in a way that clearly addresses and solves client challenges.
- Provide weekly pipeline report, and monthly/quarterly/annual sales forecasts with high levels of accuracy. Assist in establishing annual sales goals and go to market execution strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Legal SMEs go to market alignment.
- Proactively communicate with cross-functional team members to facilitate an effective sales process. Ensure all external communications are timely, persuasive and help build relationships over time.

- Salesforce CRM experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline or combination of equivalent education and experience.

Job DescriptionPrecision eControl provides software and analytic solutions to help brands control the sales of their products in the age of ecommerce. We protect more than $2BN in ecommerce sales for hundreds of leading brands, including many of the world's largest companies.Position Summary:
The eCommerce Sales Director will be responsible for driving new revenue for Precision eControl software by executing the company's go to market sales strategy. This position will identify opportunities for new client acquisition, expand/upsell existing clients and regain lapsed clients. The eCommerce Sales Director will use data and analytics to conduct discovery and uncover client opportunities and pain points in order to solve client challenges. The eCommerce Sales Director will demonstrate the Precision eControl platform functionality and client use cases as part of the sales process, including supporting the Vorys eControl new client prospects. At this time, candidates who would work in the following states will not be considered for this role: VT, RI, NY, NJ, NH, MI, ME, MA, DE, CO, CT, CA, and AZ.
