The Heinlein Group is a family-owned, medium-sized company with over 90 years of company history. With our rental management, we are one of the largest providers of private apartments and commercially used spaces in Erlangen and the surrounding area.

Your responsibilities:

  • Project responsibility for the ongoing implementation of the ERP system Haufe "Axera"
  • Commercial project management of new construction and renovation work
  • Calculation of ancillary and operating costs
  • Appointment management and coordination of interested parties and tenants
  • Acceptance and processing of complaints and grievances
  • Assistance in the handling of repairs and renovations
  • Processing of correspondence with tenants

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Experience and knowledge of processes in the rental management industry
  • Ideal experience with Haufe "Axera" or other ERP systems in the rental management sector
  • Proficient in common MS Office products
  • Strong communication skills and organizational talent
  • Independent, structured, and careful work style
  • Driver's license class B
