Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist will play a key role in partnering with various business units to analyze performance, identify business opportunities and challenges, and drive informed decision-making.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Provide support to the organization relative to productivity, demand planning, reporting and metrics.
Assist in the preparation of a 12-month rolling budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Conduct variance analysis to forecast, budget and prior-year expenses and proactively identifying areas for improvement.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend specific corrective actions to enhance business performance.
Undertake ad hoc analyses and projects to support business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with at least 1 year of experience in a finance or accounting role.
Experience in developing financial reports and metrics to support decision-making.
Strong analytical and technical skills, with a natural curiosity and ability to exercise thoughtful business judgment.
Proficiency in Excel is essential, with familiarity with Salesforce and ERP systems preferred.

Commensurate with experience - $70,000 - $83,000
