- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Experience in a client-facing support or coordination role within a technology solutions team
- 0-3 years of experience in Java, C++, or Python development, JSON, and markup languages
- Previous exposure to RPA tools like UiPath and source code repositories such as GitHub or GitLab preferred but not mandatory
- Proficient in technologies like Google Workspace, Confluence, DataDog, Visual Studio Code, and ticketing systems like ZenDesk, FreshDesk, or ServiceNow
- Monitor support/ticket queues, respond promptly, and provide timely updates and resolutions to client inquiries and issues according to SLA commitments
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high satisfaction by giving proactive updates on issue statuses
- Document client interactions, support activities, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system
- Use UiPath, Java, and other RPA tools to efficiently investigate, debug, and resolve issues
- Contribute to knowledge bases, FAQs, SOPs, and support documentation to improve self-service for clients
- Update and manage code repositories on platforms like GitHub
- Identify automation opportunities and process enhancements
- Collaborate with the development team to address complex issues and find solutions
- Advocate for client needs internally and spearhead initiatives to enhance overall customer experience
- Promptly assess and escalate critical incidents affecting business operations
- Provide mentorship to team members and foster continuous learning
