    Job DescriptionDescription:

    Corrigan Krause is currently assisting their client, Phoenix Corporation, in the growing their team with the addition of a Field Service Lead Engineer. The Field Service Lead Engineer will be responsible for being a team lead by executing all field service work with their team and also be a customer facing role. This position oversees the safety, accountability, project planning, execution and full completion of all designated job projects.

    Phoenix Corporation is a mechanical contractor, providing top tier installation, repair and solutions of mechanical equipment for the food and beverage industries. They maintain the highest quality, efficiency and service for all their customers across the United States.

    Requirements:
    • Oversee entirety of project planning, execution, completion, including all tools and equipment, planning of staff, process improvement, etc.
    • On the site troubleshooting and diagnosis of all repairs and installations
    • Quality Assurance of all necessary parts or repairs and installations
    • Maintain exceptional customer service and customer relationships
    • Administrative tasks related to travel, professional development, etc.
    • Other responsibilities and duties as assigned

    Requirements

    • Must be able and willing to travel regularly, as needed, travel is company paid
    • Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 5+ years of relevant field service experience
    • 2+ years in leadership position
    • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
    • Must be able to read and fully understand any engineering documentation as needed; drawings, analysis, test plans, etc.

    Employees must be able to pass a fitness test, background check, and drug test. All employees are required to obtain OSHA30 certification upon hire and training will be provided/paid by Phoenix Corporation.

    Employees can live anywhere in the United States, regular travel to Phoenix Corporation headquarters is required. All jobs are project based-travel for jobs is required and company paid.
