Description

Join a bustling Capitol Hill family as they transition from Chicago to their new home We're eagerly seeking a nurturing and proactive nanny to care for our three boys, aged 5, 2, and a newborn arriving in late May.

With both parents having work commitments, they are looking for someone reliable to be with their children Monday through Friday, approximately 45 hours per week, with occasional flexibility for up to 50 hours.

While weekends are typically free, the family is happy to offer additional hours to the nanny first.

Driving isn't necessary, and neither is travel or pet care, giving you ample time to focus on creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for the children.

Family would like to interview over Zoom

Compensation is $30-35/hour ($75-85K per year)

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation (nanny chooses 1 week), 5 paid sick days, paid major federal holidays, healthcare stipend is offered if needed

**Position is for one year only and will end in August of 2025


Requirements:


  • Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of professional childcare experience that can be verified
  • 2+ years of infant experience (nonfamily)
  • Holds a valid US driver's license
  • Able to provide a minimum of 3 outstanding references from prior childcare positions
  • Be fully fluent in English and eligible to work in the United States
  • Clean driving record

Pay:
$75, $85,000.00 per year
