Responsibilities:

Analyze measurements and write Xactimate estimates for claims.
Collaborate with Sales reps and insurance carriers to gather necessary information for estimating purposes.
Evaluate labor, material, and equipment costs to determine project pricing.
Monitor status of insurance claims and update CRM.
Collaborate with insurance carriers to check status of claims.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in construction practices

Qualifications:

Xactimate trained and qualified.
Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of roofing estimating principles and techniques
Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret estimates from carriers, specifications, and other technical documents
Effective communication skills to present estimates to desk adjusters
