As a working student (m/f/d) at SST, you will support our diverse projects in organizational analysis, strategy development, change management, and digital transformation for clients in the public and non-profit sectors.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Support in project work, such as evaluating employee surveys and coordinating feedback sessions for executives
Conducting telephone interviews, among others, in a longterm evaluation
Assistance with administrative tasks
Support in writing and proofreading reports and proposals
Research activities and independent writing of texts
Creating presentations and graphics
