We are currently seeking a candidate for our client in the social services sector in Hannover, VT for a direct placement (not temporary work) as a Quality and Process Management Specialist with a focus on nursing, in a full-time position.


Responsibilities:

What you can expect in this role:
Development, organization, and management of projects for process optimization in nursing facilities

Planning, coordination, and moderation of quality committees

Consulting social services on the development of quality management systems

Optimization of quality standards and processes

Analysis of potential for improvement, reporting, and formulation of recommendations for action

Planning and organization of training and conferences

Conducting internal audits and accompanying nursing services during official inspections


Qualifications:

What you bring to the table:
Completed degree in business administration with a focus on healthcare economics or nursing management

Ideally, relevant training in the nursing field

In-depth knowledge of nursing management and quality management

Experience or qualification as an auditor (m/f/d) is a plus

Strong communication skills

Excellent MS Office skills

Ability to work independently and results-oriented

Class B driver's license and willingness to travel within Niedersachsen
