Customer Service Representative - Tucson, United States - ACS - Air Conditioning Services
Description
Primary Job Function:
In this role, you will provide customer service over a multi-line telephone, schedule field technicians, and manage service invoices and maintenance agreements.
Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and customers.Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Pay:
$16.00 to $18.00 an hour, depending on experience

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of dispatching software is preferred
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
- High attention to detail with a commitment to follow through
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Familiarity with the geographical service area and map reading skills
