is an educational service provider that supports and accompanies job-seeking individuals with the aim of stabilizing their living conditions and placing them in the primary job market or bringing them closer to the job market.

To expand our team, we are looking for a social pedagogical specialist (m/f/d) in part-time (35h) starting on April 1st, 2023 at our location in Klötze.

Your tasks:

You will provide close social pedagogical support and guidance to our participants within the framework of various projects.
You actively support the participants through individual case assistance (including documentation) and crisis intervention, and provide social integration support by involving the participants' social environment.
You set and follow up on target agreements, document them accordingly, and also take on reporting and other related administrative tasks.
You promote the integration of participants into the job and training market through appropriate coaching.
You also engage in networking activities for the benefit of the participants and the organization.

Your profile:

Completed degree in social pedagogy/work, social work, special education, or rehabilitation, special education (diploma, bachelor's or master's)
Alternative degrees with complementary subjects or study focuses in (social/healing) pedagogy/social work or rehabilitation, special education, or youth welfare are also possible
Excellent MS Office skills
