Your central role:


  • Thorough examination of all business transactions
  • You process standardized business transactions and handle correspondence and phone calls with policyholders, field agents, sales partners, and third parties.
  • You handle insurance inquiries of all levels, including claims processing, and take care of policy administration, such as technical contract changes, processing of legal relationships, advance payments, cancellations, and handle collection cases (payment statements, overpayments, debt collection procedures)

Your profile:


  • Strong service mindset, combined with life insurance expertise
  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an insurance clerk or have a similar qualification.

You have knowledge of life insurance in contractual, legal, and tax aspects, as well as experience with rates, pension plans, and applicable labor guidelines.

In addition, you have knowledge of application, contract, and claims processing for life insurance, as well as experience with written correspondence and customer service over the phone.

You impress with your communication skills, your ability to handle phone calls, your quick comprehension and expression, your initiative and resilience, as well as your dedication and teamwork.
