Your future responsibilities:


  • You will prepare complex annual financial statements according to German Commercial Code (balance sheet, income statement, notes, and management report).
  • You will work on consolidated balance sheets, tax balance sheets, and special and supplementary balance sheets.
  • You will prepare complex tax returns with a focus on trade tax, valueadded tax, and corporate income tax.
  • You will handle comprehensive inheritance tax matters and valuation procedures according to the Valuation Act.
  • You will conduct tax audits.
  • You will handle appeals procedures with tax authorities.
  • You will be responsible for and act as a contact person for a designated client base for taxrelated questions.
  • You will advise our clients on business startups, business successions, and business closures.
  • You will support the management in taxrelated matters.
