Large brands, as well as local business partners, always benefit from our successful (rental) concepts. The employees of the leasing department ensure that our shopping markets and centers offer customers a perfect mix of tenants. Not only the customer, but also the tenant, is king to us.

As part of an 18-month trainee program and individual training, you will join our "Leasing" department and quickly take on responsible tasks
You will support potential and existing tenants of our commercial properties (domestic) and always be a competent contact person
You will learn strategies for negotiating rental agreements and amendments
You will gain insight into the strategic support of leasing for leading international retail chains

Your Passion for Real Estate

Commercial training (e.g. as a real estate clerk) or comparable studies (e.g. business administration, real estate management), preferably also studying law/legal studies
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
Good knowledge of MS Office package
Willingness to travel
