Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, collect payments
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company products, services, and policies
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Perform data entry and file management to maintain organized records
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support office management by coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Operate phone systems, including transferring calls and taking messages accurately
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
