Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, collect payments
  • Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company products, services, and policies
  • Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
  • Perform data entry and file management to maintain organized records
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Support office management by coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Operate phone systems, including transferring calls and taking messages accurately

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus
  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
