Description
This is a 3-story family building with 1 unit per floor located in North Puyallup, WA. Currently, there is only 1 meter for the entire building, but the top floor has been acquired by a third party, so we have decided to install a meter for each unit.

The current meter space can accommodate a battery for three meters and the three meters themselves. The space is located on the side facade of the building and has a metal door with slots for external reading. The door of the meter space would need to be expanded to allow for a larger door that can accommodate reading of all 3 meters from the outside.

The original pipes that supply water to the units do not comply with current regulations, so new ones will need to be installed. However, to avoid any construction inside the units, the plan is to install the pipes on the exterior and run them through the laundry rooms, where the current water supply for the units is located.
