Olde City Day School is looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to the Owner and Director of Operations, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
This position will consist of:
Scheduled to dos, weekly, monthly, annually, etc
To dos sent /daily weekly from owner and director of operations.
Some scheduled To Do's include:
Creating and sending monthly invoices to tenants
Management of CACFP paperwork
Scheduling of routine and emergency maintenance
Administrative tasks such as creating new schedules, calendars, updating forms, etc.
Management of calendar for Owner and DOO
Point person for emergency phone calls (24/7)
Applicant must be able to complete tasks assigned on the fly - should be able to pivot between managing scheduled items and unexpected tasks.
- Proven experience as Administrative Assistant or Office Admin
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task
Job Types:

$ $22.00 per hour
