Lead Concept Artist (f/m/d)

We are currently seeking a Lead Concept Artist to lead our internal concept art team and manage concept outsourcing with external studios.

You will work on high-quality projects developed with Unreal Engine.

Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor your team through 1on1 meetings and annual reviews
Prioritize and organize daily tasks to ensure timely delivery
Create 2D concept art, including characters, backgrounds, buildings, props, and scenes, in various visual styles from realistic to stylized
